Semi Private PT

If you are looking to maximise your progress by working with a coach, but with up to 5 like minded individuals to drive you forwards, this is the best option for you. Our Gold standard programme works in 12 week blocks with regular monthly check ins with a nutritionist and access to our InBody scanner to monitor progress.

‘PERFORM’


Group Training

Our PERFORM group classes are constantly varied, fun and challenging. Using a variety of ‘tools’, you’ll get stronger and fitter alongside likeminded people with all levels and abilities catered for.

Personal Training

Personal Training is specialised, one to one time with a coach dedicated to your specific goals. This could be for you if you have a specific required outcome from training or need some extra guidance outside of group training to help with your progress. Also advised for those returning from injury or training towards sports specific goals.
