GWN+  is our comprehensive Nutrition Coaching service, looking at the big picture when it comes to your health & fitness.

We believe food is so much more than numbers or purely a source of fuel. It has a huge amount of social and emotional context and can, and should, be a source of joy, as well as helping you perform at your best.  With GWN+, we want to help you take control of your nutrition and make it work for you.

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach. You will receive a bespoke nutrition strategy tailored to your needs and experience. This isn’t a meal plan. It’s a way to guide your nutrition to help you achieve your goals and function optimally.

Nutrition is one part of it. The ‘+’ equals ALL the other factors that might need guidance.

Everything from sleep to energy levels and hydration to your poo. We take a holistic view of you as a person and all the things that could be impacting you achieving your goals. We help you understand what’s in your control and what could be making a difference when it comes to you being at your best.

In-person check-ins will be encouraged, though online video options will be available.

You will receive

  • Knowledge to take control of your nutrition and lifestyle

  • Customisation to suit your life and preferences

  • Accountability to help you follow through 

  • Body composition scans for in-depth tracking of results and progress

How it works

  1. Complete the new starter intake form and start your photo food diary

  2. You’ll have a 60 minute in-person consultation with our nutrition coach, including your first InBody scan

  3. You’ll then receive the GWN+ handbook and your bespoke plan 

  4. You’ll have a 45 minute online video consultation to go through your plan and ensure it’s clear and achievable 

  5. You take action with tasks that will be outlined in our coaching software and provide regular support to help reinforce new habits

  6. In month two, you’ll then have another 60 minute in-person or online consultation with follow up notes, and your next InBody scan

  7. Coaching can, and often continues past month two for as long as you feel it is required to help you reach your goals, and each month you continue you will receive a monthly 60 minute consultation and InBody scan
