Nutrition that works for you
Nutrition+ is for anyone with ambitions to improve their health, body composition or training performance through making changes to their nutrition and lifestyle habits. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach. This isn’t a meal plan. It’s a way to guide your nutrition to help you achieve your goals and function optimally. Nutrition is one part of it. The ‘+’ equals ALL the other factors that might need guidance.
Nutrition coaching doesn’t have to be about meal plans and MyFitnessPal, unless you want it to be. Jamie helps you break down old habits and build new ones, to align with what you’re trying to achieve. Sometimes that extra accountability is what you need, Jamie will provide that whilst always being supportive and helping you reach your goals.
