Tailored Programming
Personalised workouts with a coach and up to 5 others, designed to help you build muscle, strength, and improve movement over 12-week cycles. Your progress is tracked throughout.
Consistent Coaching
You’ll receive ongoing guidance from your coach, attending 3-4 primary coached sessions per week. These sessions are scheduled to fit your routine, ensuring accountability and consistency in your training.
Nutritional Support
Alongside your training, you'll have a consultation and mid-programme check-in with a nutritionist to ensure your diet is aligned with your fitness goals, maximising results.
Results Focused
Track your progress monthly with InBody body composition analysis, and access to extra mobility and recovery resources through our video library.

Semi-private training FAQs
Sessions are 60 minutes long and always include a warm up specific to the workout in that session.
As long as you've got clothing and shoes suitable for exercising in, you'll be good to go!
If you're going away for a week or two and want to keep training, we'll give you access to the programme via CoachRx so you can keep your progress going.
We LOVE a referral. If you have a friend who trains with us, ask them to contact us for a referral code.
Everyone! Building strength and improving fitness is important for absolutely everyone, regardless of age or gender.
Not at all. Our programmes are suitable for everyone, no matter where you are on your fitness journey. As Coaches our job is to establish where you are at right now, and progress you from there
We welcome members of all training levels! If you are a complete beginner, or are a bit unsure, it is best to pop in for a consult first so that we can establish your starting point and see if one of our new-starter packages might help get you feel more confident before joining the Private or Group training programmes
We are a Group Training gym and so run a structured progressive programme, however we do have Open gym slots in our timetable if you want to go off-piste and practise some skills, pickup a session or do some extra rehab. Online clients are also welcome to do their programmes here at the gym in those times
The yard is privately owned and there is paid parking in the yard available. Spots are limited but at class times there are generally spaces
There is a bike shed in the yard with a code and plenty of bike parking posts to lock up outside as well
This depends on the severity of the injury, but we have plenty of people currently training in group classes at various stages of returning from injuries. We have a Sports Therapist on staff to consult and the Coaching team regularly meets to discuss members with injuries so we can make adjustments to keep you training.
