Our Group Training Strength Sessions are capped at 16, with our large group conditioning classes capped at 18-20, the sessions are focussed on constantly varied training programmes throughout the year that always challenge different aspects of fitness and strength. This is quickest way to get class ready and what we suggest everyone does if you have little to no background in Strength training. With more time, we are better able to teach you the movement patterns and get you conditioned enough to join Perform.
