I started going to groundwork’s with my partner about 4 months ago and absolutely love it. I previously went to standard gym classes but found them quite boring and wasn’t really gaining much strength. I have got a way to go but I feel a lot stronger and can notice the difference in the way I look. My job also puts a lot of strain on my lower back and this has really helped strengthen this area and reduce pain I have felt in the past. I would recommend it to anyone, all the trainers are amazing and really care about what they do which is very motivating. They really take the time to teach you skills and techniques no matter how many times they have to show you. The classes have such a good atmosphere and everyone supports and encourages each other which is great!

Our Group Training Strength Sessions are capped at 16, with our large group conditioning classes capped at 18-20, the sessions are focussed on constantly varied training programmes throughout the year that always challenge different aspects of fitness and strength.
