Graduating with Honors in Physiotherapy from the esteemed University of Hertfordshire, Nikos specialized in Musculoskeletal physiotherapy and sports-related injuries. His career has been marked by invaluable experiences, including collaborations with various basketball teams and roles in distinguished private clinics across Athens and London.

Nikos's treatment philosophy revolves around tailoring modalities to suit the unique needs of each individual. From acupuncture and manual therapy to strength and conditioning techniques, he prioritizes comprehensive care aimed at fostering recovery and elevating performance. Moreover, his expertise extends to crafting personalized return-to-sport protocols and pain management strategies.

Outside his professional pursuits, he finds joy and fulfillment in various activities such as triathlons, basketball, tennis, bouldering, and gym workouts. Lucia Cece

Lucia is a dedicated physiotherapist with a wealth of experience and a passion for helping individuals overcome musculoskeletal (MSK) and sports-related injuries.

Lucia completed her undergraduate degree in Physiotherapy at Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Campobasso, specializing in MSK and sports injuries. Her journey has taken her across esteemed private clinics in Italy and London, where she has honed her skills and gained invaluable experience in treating a wide range of MSK conditions.

In December 2015, Lucia furthered her expertise by completing yoga teacher training at the Himalaya Yoga Valley Centre in India. This holistic approach has not only deepened her understanding of movement but also enabled her to integrate yoga principles into her practice, fostering both physical and mental rehabilitation for her patients.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Lucia is an avid enthusiast of long-distance running, yoga, crossfit and cycling, embodying a lifestyle centered around wellbeing. This firsthand experience informs her empathetic approach to patient care, understanding the profound significance of sports and physical activity in one's life.

Lucia's treatment modalities encompass a comprehensive array of techniques, including soft tissue work, joint mobilizations, pain management, pacing advice, and personalized exercise programs tailored to each patient's unique needs.

Carolyn Logan

After a career as a Ballet Dancer, Carolyn moved into the world of fitness and in 2011 became a CrossFit coach. Since then, Carolyn has coached and guided athletes progress in their physical health and to reach their goals.

A Sports Therapy degree was the next step in helping guide people to look after their bodies, be educated in understanding their injury and to move to the best of their ability.
