We aim to bring new Mums together to take back ownership of their bodies, and feel more like themselves in a real gym environment - no more community hall set ups and press ups on park benches. If you miss training in the gym, we've got you.
Bring baby, and our experienced and qualified coaching team will make sure you get in a good workout that is most importantly progressing you towards your training goals, in a social and relaxed environment.

Running the Hackney Half in May with no structure or plan? Look no further.
- Access to a 12 week running plan including Team Runs on Sunday mornings
- PLUS in person Strength and Conditioning Group Training sessions to go alongside your running with Carolyn Logan our Group Training lead, and in house Sports Therapist.
- Every Thursday starting 27th February at 17:50-18:50

This introduction class series will be an opportunity to experience our group training in a smaller group setting, to build skills and confidence.
- Exclusively for beginners who want to learn.
- The course is 6 sessions - 1 per week across 6 weeks
- Sundays 11am-12pm starting 2nd February
