We rejected moving 0n to online coaching for a while as we wanted to focus purely on what our gym offers, but now we have found a software platform evolved enough to offer a better customer experience, and have found our voice in an overcrowded space
How it works
Initial 15 minute consult to understand goals, frequency of training, kit availability and training age. In person or video call
Monthly 15 minute catch ups via video chat, or in app messaging to make sure you are on track
Goal focussed training, specific to what you want
In app recording ability so you can send videos of your lifts for feedback
Accountability - we expect you to keep up your end of the bargain and do the training
optional extras
Nutrition+ coaching via our in house nutritionist with key information delivered through the same app. In person or remote
60 minute movement assessment so we can look at your movement standards and tweak your programme to assist with potential weaknesses/asymmetries/mobility issues. An opportunity for us to look over compound lifts and give feedback
Bolt on 1-2-1 Personal Training sessions - great for clear direction, working on lifts you may not feel confident with, or adding in extra accountability - contact for information
PERFORM Programme
Our group training programme.
5 days a week of Strength and Conditioning with specific training principles, goals and testing. Ranging from endurance to plyometrics, our ever evolving and developing in house group programme is now available to follow online. Great for ex members and those confident in a range of movements.
How it works
Jump in wherever we are in the programme and get training
Amendments can be suggested, but be aware this programme is designed to be done in a gym and will require access to a lot of equipment (row, ski, bike, air bike, barbels, kettlebells, dumbbells, sandbags etc)
Keep a detailed log of what you lift and your aerobic testing scores so you can see your progression across the year
