Nutrition coaching doesn’t have to be about meal plans and MyFitnessPal, unless you want it to be. Jamie helps you break down old habits and build new ones, to align with what you’re trying to achieve. Sometimes that extra accountability is what you need, Jamie will provide that whilst always being supportive and helping you reach your goals.

I’ve been doing Personal Training sessions at Groundwork since April this year and the wraparound support that comes with the training programme has been great. Love GroundWork. So nice having a customised gym experience--where the program meets you where you are at, is genuinely amended for your injuries, and challenges you to get stronger.
